After our Co-Founder Sinead Connolly took home the SEEK SARA Recruitment Leader of the Year award a few months ago, and with Lotus People winning the APAC Quarterly Excellence in Experience Award for the second quarter of 2022, it is such an honour to see the continuous support and incredible feedback we receive from clients and candidates and the industry! 
 
As a business built on creating genuine, long-term relationships and delivering the best service, our passion for human connection and desire to evolve with the world around us further shows that our human-first approach to recruitment is well-received across all sectors and businesses we work with. All the hard work and dedication is always worth it, thanks to our amazing clients, candidates, and of course, the Lotus People team. 

Throughout a turbulent COVID year, a chaotic and busy market bounce-back, the team more than tripling in size with lots of wonderful new starters, it could have been very easy to lose focus on what is truly important – the experience of the people we deal with. To maintain these exceptionally high service levels throughout a time of change speaks to the values and consistency that our team show the people they work with.
