Welcoming David and Chloe!

A VERY warm welcome to the wonderful David Drew and Chloe Jones!

David joins team Lotus People as Associate Director In his role Dave is responsible for leading the team and working closely with Sinead on the strategic direction of the business. He comes to the team with over 15 years of experience in the Sydney market, having managed teams within the business support and legal sectors. He is passionate about a candidate and client experience, and his favorite part of the role is helping the team to achieve their maximum potential. In his spare time you’ll find him either in the gym or at the beach, and more often than not with his dog, Jasmine, in tow.


Chloe Jones joins us as Account Manager working closely with our superstar Michelle Barrett! With a background in operation, client services and, of course, recruitment, Chloe truly values the importance of a strong customer and candidate experience. From London originally, Chloe has called Sydney home for three years now and she takes great joy from supporting locals and visitors with finding temporary placements. A role focusing on all things candidate and client experience, Chloe embodies the essence of Lotus values! Outside of work Chloe loves being outdoors either enjoying the sun at the beach, camping, or doing a coastal walk with friends. Slightly obsessed with Aperol Spritz, popcorn & chocolate!


With extensive recruitment experience between them and perfect Lotus fits, they are already kicking goals and we are so happy to have them.


2021 is going to be a big one for us at team LP and what better way to start than with these two joining us!

In a market where competition for qualified professionals is fierce, many of our non-profit clients are asking us: “How can we attract and retain great people when we can’t compete on salary and perks?” It’s a valid concern. Industries such as technology, financial services and consulting often have the financial bandwidth to offer high salaries, generous bonus structures and a long list of lifestyle benefits. For mission-driven organisations working with tighter resources, it can feel like a difficult race to run. But a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) isn’t built on budget alone. An EVP is fundamentally about meaning. The reasons people feel proud to work at your organisation. The most effective EVPs we see are not necessarily flashy, but they are clear, consistent and deeply connected to the values and culture of the organisation. When well-crafted and confidently communicated, non-profits can not only compete, but excel, when it comes to attracting and retaining capable, aligned professionals who are motivated by more than just salary.
