As an Associate Director of Lotus People, Eva specialises in permanent and fixed-term contract recruitment within professional services and corporate services sectors. In March, she welcomed a beautiful baby boy and is currently on parental leave. During her absence, her clients are being supported by Director Iona Colville and Candidate Manager Kaitlyn Dowd.

With a background in psychology, Eva relocated from the UK to Sydney in 2018 and joined Lotus People as a Candidate Manager. Quickly embracing the ‘Lotus Way,’ she progressed through a series of senior consultant and leadership roles, building her expertise in the permanent business support recruitment market.

Known for her energy, warmth, and ability to work at pace, Eva has built a trusted network and delivered impressive results for both clients and candidates. Outside of work, she can usually be found seeking out Sydney’s best swimming spots or tracking down the city’s top gluten-free treats.
