Retained executive search is an exclusive partnership where we work solely for you.
Comprehensive market mapping, access to passive candidates, cultural assessment. Fees: 1/3 on commencement, 1/3 on shortlist, 1/3 on placement.
How long does it take?
An average search takes around 8 weeks from from commencement to offer acceptance.
What's your guarantee?
We offer a 6-month replacement guarantee on all searches. If the executive leaves within that six month timeframe, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee.
