With a background supporting a busy team for a global recruitment agency, Lana came highly recommended to Lotus People. Joining in a Team Assistant role in 2017, she was soon promoted to Personal Assistant to our founder, before stepping into the Operations Manager role in 2021. In February 2024, Lana transitioned into her current position as Head of Employee Experience.

In this role, she quite literally keeps the wheels turning - leading all things People & Culture, from HR policies and procedures to employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and company events. She also ensures our Directors are organised and supported, and that the team has everything they need to thrive.

Working remotely from her home in Townsville, and as a Mum of two, Lana works part-time with her loyal office sidekick, Barry the dog, by her side.
