As a Director of Lotus People, Michelle focuses on strengthening relationships with our valued clients, managing key accounts and forging new partnerships. She works closely with organisations and hiring managers to understand their goals and challenges, ensuring our recruitment solutions deliver genuine, lasting value.

Having moved to Sydney in 2012, Michelle began working in business support recruitment in 2014. With a background in administration and a diploma in customer engagement, recruitment was a natural next step - combining her organisational skills with a passion for helping people and building meaningful connections. She joined Lotus People in 2017 and, after seven successful years in the temporary division, progressed into her current leadership role.

Michelle’s dedication to client experience has earned her recognition as Recruiter Insider’s Best Consultant for Client Experience in both 2022 and 2023. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring Sydney’s Inner West with her Great Dane, Kalou, or relaxing at home with her cat, Tony.
