Amie joined the Lotus team as Associate Director, specialising in Marketing & Communications. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and extensive experience recruiting across the marketing, communications and digital space, Amie is passionate about building genuine relationships and connecting exceptional talent with opportunities where they can thrive. Drawing on her background in career coaching and NLP certifications, she takes a consultative approach to recruitment, built on honesty, transparency and genuine care. She believes everyone deserves a career that loves them back and is passionate about creating lasting partnerships that deliver meaningful, long-term outcomes for both clients and candidates.

 

Outside of work, you'll usually find Amie at the beach, on the tennis or padel court, or giving just about any racquet sport a go. She loves staying active, spending time with family and friends, and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
