Originally hailing from Manchester with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Charlotte brings two years’ experience of fast-paced recruitment. She adeptly navigates both high-volume and specialised roles with finesse, and her passion lies in building genuine connections. She thrives on meeting organisations, delving into their businesses, and crafting tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.

Following her success in the business, Charlotte now leads Lotus People’s Customer Service Division, where she continues to build strong client partnerships and connect exceptional talent with leading organisations. With a commitment to honesty, transparency, and genuine care, Charlotte ensures that every candidate she engages with feels supported and valued.
