With a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology and a master’s in Management and Marketing, she combines her academic background with hands-on expertise to deliver outstanding results.

Since joining Lotus People, Chloe has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and a genuine passion for connecting great talent with outstanding opportunities. In recognition of her continued success, she was promoted to Senior Temporary Consultant in July 2026. In her role, Chloe manages temporary recruitment across the professional services and corporate services sectors.
