David joined Lotus in October 2026 as a Principal Permanent Consultant within the Business Support team. With a degree in International Business & Spanish (though his spoken Spanish is in need of a little practice) and 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, he works with a mix of multinational and SME clients across professional services, bringing a deep understanding of what it takes to place high-calibre professionals in the roles that keep businesses running. David thrives on building genuine, long-term relationships and takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and candidates alike to understand what they need, so that every placement is the right fit for both sides.

Originally from Ireland, David is making the most of life in Sydney. Outside of the office, you’ll find him exploring the city’s newest restaurants or planning his next trip, and he’s always up for discovering a new neighbourhood or a hidden beach.
