Originally from Surrey, Laura joined Lotus People with nearly four years of prior experience in the recruitment industry, spanning diverse sectors including higher education and healthcare. After just three months with Lotus People as a Candidate Manager, Laura was promoted to Recruitment Consultant, where she successfully managed temporary business support recruitment across the education and healthcare sectors. In recognition of her outstanding performance and continued success, Laura has since been promoted to Senior Consultant and now leads Lotus People’s new Accountancy & Finance division.
