Recruitment Consultant Role Overview
Core Objectives:
- Fill majority of roles within the expected timeframes — 24 hours for temp roles, 7–14 days for perm roles
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships — reflected in 90%+ satisfaction scores on Recruiter Insider
- Build personal brand presence — post regularly and meaningfully on LinkedIn to strengthen your reputation and support Lotus People’s visibility
- Proactively develop and execute a business development strategy aligned to your market
- Consistently manage a healthy job pipeline — with qualified, actively worked roles
Key Performance Measures:
- Job fill rate
- Number of active, qualified jobs managed
- Client engagement scores through Recruiter Insider
- Candidate engagement scores through Recruiter Insider
- Revenue and placement numbers against agreed targets
- Activity and engagement across business development initiatives
Skills and Experience:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience, in an agency environment
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- Strong business development skills and experience is essential
