Recruitment Consultant Role Overview

Core Objectives:


  • Fill majority of roles within the expected timeframes — 24 hours for temp roles, 7–14 days for perm roles


  • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships — reflected in 90%+ satisfaction scores on Recruiter Insider


  • Build personal brand presence — post regularly and meaningfully on LinkedIn to strengthen your reputation and support Lotus People’s visibility


  • Proactively develop and execute a business development strategy aligned to your market


  • Consistently manage a healthy job pipeline — with qualified, actively worked roles

Key Performance Measures:


  • Job fill rate


  • Number of active, qualified jobs managed


  • Client engagement scores through Recruiter Insider


  • Candidate engagement scores through Recruiter Insider


  • Revenue and placement numbers against agreed targets


  • Activity and engagement across business development initiatives

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience, in an agency environment
