We are extremely excited to announce that our incredible Team Assistant, Sham Hassan has been promoted to a Resourcer/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant role. Taking on this role, Sham will be working closely with the temporary and permanent teams to support with candidate engagement and resourcing. Sham has a strong background in Executive support and a degree in English Literature and left the UK last year to travel and relocate to Sydney. After nearly 4 months at Lotus People, Sham is now very familiar with the recruitment process on both sides and uses this knowledge to ensure Lotus People candidates have the best experience every time!

As we grow and expand, we are committed to ensuring that clients and candidates experience consistency, quality and extremely high levels of service whether they are dealing with Sinead, Sara, Jess, Jenna or Sham.
