Eva reflects on winning the Recruiter Insider Award for Best Consultant – Candidate Experience 2020!

On Thursday afternoon we settled in our boardroom to attend the virtual Recruiter Insider Annual Awards. It wasn’t quite an evening of glitz and glamour (although we do appreciate the effort Recruiter Insider’s CEO Justin Hillier went to by wearing a tuxedo), but with crisps and wine at the ready, it suited us perfectly – we were of course just so grateful and excited to just be finalists in EVERY CATEGORY!

We ended the awards on a huge high and were literally jumping with joy when we walked away with an incredible four out of six awards.

The awards included the below:

*Best Agency for Candidate Experience

*Best Agency for Client Experience

*Best Agency for Service Excellence

I was also delighted to receive the Best Consultant for Candidate Experience award. After being a consultant for only one year and being up against two fantastic Senior Consultants, I was incredibly proud of the result!

In the short time I have been a Recruitment Consultant I have been lucky enough to work with some amazing businesses whose values align with my own, and place impressive candidates in their dream roles. The Recruiter Insider Awards are data-driven and based solely on feedback received from candidates and clients, so we owe a huge thank you to each person who took the time to provide feedback.

At Lotus People, caring for our clients and candidates is in our DNA. We work in a collaborative environment where we are constantly empowering each other to work hard and do the best we can for our community, so thank you also to Recruiter Insider for providing a platform where this can be measured.

With unique and exciting events for our community already in place for the upcoming months, I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Lotus People!

As recruiters, we hear this all the time from people who are feeling unsettled and unsure of their next step.
