Sinead Connolly – 2017 Anthill 30under30 Winner

30under30 is an anthillonline.com initiative launched in early 2008 to encourage and promote entrepreneurship among young Australians.

Each year, they invite their readers to nominate young Australian entrepreneurs deserving of recognition for their outstanding entrepreneurial endeavours and this year one of the winners was our very own director Sinead Connolly!

With no experience running a business, Sinead set up a recruitment agency which in two years has grown to 11 people, has won multiple awards, has been recognised in the media and has an enviable culture initiative – free yoga, PT and unlimited snacks!

“I put a huge focus and emphasis on our internal culture and my vision to have a collaborative, high performing, cohesive team who treat candidates and clients with the upmost respect has been realized. Lotus People was established with a vision to set a new standard of client/candidate service level expectations and to create a different experience to the industry norm.”
