Lotus People Christmas Party 2018

Lotus People AU spent Friday afternoon with our sister companies SustainAbility ConsultingSustainDigital Recruitment and SustainHealth Recruitment celebrating the wins from 2018.

As well as appearing on the Australian Financial Review’s fastest growing companies list as a group, Lotus were listed as number 38 in the fastest growing start-ups. We had lots to celebrate after a year of record quarters, record temps out working for us and with over 30% increase in revenue.

We are SO proud of everyone and their hard work, commitment to Lotus and their drive to do their best work and celebrating as a group on a boat on the harbour was a fantastic way to send off a brilliant year.

Happy Christmas from all of us here at Lotus!!!!

In a market where competition for qualified professionals is fierce, many of our non-profit clients are asking us: “How can we attract and retain great people when we can’t compete on salary and perks?” It’s a valid concern. Industries such as technology, financial services and consulting often have the financial bandwidth to offer high salaries, generous bonus structures and a long list of lifestyle benefits.
