Vanessa is a high performance coach who has worked with athletes, executives and teams to support them in their growth and success. Previously, she has had a huge executive career within financial services, climbing the ladder and achieving great success herself. But in 2018, she studied a Masters of Psychology and Neuroscience and now uses her studies to help leaders and businesses optimize productivity and energy without burnout.
